What was in last year is out this year! That’s what always happens when the administration changes. If you spend all your time fighting it, you won’t find solutions and fix what needs fixing. Get up to speed as quickly as you can with what’s new and the role you will play. Decide how to approach the new rules and become part of the solution. Sitting back and complaining is a cop-out. Step up. Offer your expertise and input. Be part of creating something new and speaking out, if you needs be, on what you know will and will not work. Look at what you can change, not what you can’t change.
